WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
I offer personal styling and image consulting services and take appointments both in person and online. This includes but is not limited to tailored recommendations on styling choices based on your lifestyle, complexion and body proportions, advice on image positioning, as well as thorough audits of your wardrobe at your home. All of the above are highly recommended before any shopping trip I can accompany you on, thereafter. I can help you identify the right approach, depending on your requirements.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
I run a proven process which is rooted in research, preparation and time commitment on my part, coupled with the client’s continued interest and engagement. Upon contacting me, all new clients who wish to proceed with the service receive a short survey to complete. This is coupled with the introductory call, which can be conducted virtually or over the phone. The survey and the call aim to identify your objectives when it comes to personal styling and the best way to achieve them, they also help to identify your tastes and preferences.
The next stage depends on the package or the chosen combination of my services, depending on individual client requirements, this can include a mix of online consultations or in person appointments. Wardrobe audits are highly recommended before any shopping trip whether with me or online, as they provide a more sustainable way of reshaping your image with reduced investment. Should a client want to go on a personal shopping trip together, I do the research and visit the agreed locations beforehand to ensure that we make the most of my client’s time on the day.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Upon booking their introductory call, all new clients are sent a full price list and a short survey for them to fill out before speaking with me, to help them with refining their objectives. I am then happy to discuss and find the best options based on these initial pieces of information.
HOW MUCH OF MY TIME IS REQUIRED AS A CLIENT?
I want to ensure the best outcome for my clients, especially those that are time poor. I do the majority of the research and preparation, irrespective of the brief. The introductory survey that gets sent ahead of the first 20-minute discovery call takes around two minutes to complete.
A number of my services such as the capsule creation can be conducted online and take up no more than a couple of hours of my client’s time. For a fuller package, a client should expect to provision anywhere between one and a half to two days of their time. A first-time home visit or online wardrobe audit takes c.4-5 hours to complete, with the personal shopping trip taking up a similar amount of time. Moreover, the initial time and financial investments serve as important foundations for a long-term working relationship, with follow up appointments taking up significantly less time and cost.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR A WARDROBE AUDIT?
No thorough preparation is required, but please ensure that your clothes are accessible and visible, especially for online appointments. It is advisable to wear light clothing, such as a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, as the process will require you to change and try on different outfits throughout.
WHERE WILL YOU TAKE ME SHOPPING?
I will be guided by the client’s budget and brief but Central London and the bigger department stores would be my top preference. For a meaningful wardrobe update, I would recommend a shopping budget of no less than £2000.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON THE DAY?
I suggest wearing light, comfortable clothing, to allow for easily trying on new outfits.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
My pricing and process structure is not dissimilar to other London-based personal styling and personal shopping services, with the holistic package including tailored styling recommendations, a half day wardrobe audit and personal shopping trip and tailored advice, priced at £1200. Comprehensive follow up appointments start at £500, as I get to know the client and their preferences. The added value of my service is the highly personal approach, dedication and desire to make clients look and feel their best. WHY DO YOU CHARGE £100 FOR THE INTRODUCTORY CALL?
Prioritising yourself and transforming your style is exciting but also requires genuine interest and engagement. My way of working is personal and bespoke on many levels. The initial introductory call element is a crucial step of getting to know you and your requirements and shaping the rest of our work together. It forms part of the packages I offer for a more wholesome personal image update or styling experience. On this basis, all interactions are subject to this pre-booking fee.

I founded Project IMAGE with the desire to empower people and help them project the image that matches their ambitions and potential, adapts to lifestyle changes and is there to work in their favour. It is the product of my longstanding passion for all things styling, fashion and aesthetics. My work and dedication to clients reflects this passion as well as the experience I gained working as an advisor in the City of London for over a decade and my personal experience as a working parent.
